The concept

UCI racing meets flatland, under one roof.

A hybrid indoor arena pairing a 400m UCI-compliant race track - 8m start hill, banked turns echoing Table Mountain contours - with a 40×30m flatland plaza for freestyle. A Flow Loop connects the two for seamless training.

Role in the campus

Core competition and event venue on the Olympic pathway.

Pre-acquisition - LOI in progressPre-acquisition and pre-rezoning estimates, not project quotes. Cape Town construction typically carries a premium, and contingency, professional fees and soft costs add roughly 15-30% to hard construction. Full node-level analysis, including consultants and returns, is released to approved parties in the Investor Data Room.
