Project Motion is a single-site action-sports campus near Table Mountain, Cape Town. Seven Olympic-grade venues - surf, BMX, pump, skate, climb, competitive trampoline/aerial and an indoor Field Hall for 5-a-side football and basketball - sit alongside two media studios, a 500-seat pavilion, and covered FIFA-standard pitches for football and rugby. The entire campus is enclosed and climate-managed - Cape Town's winter rain and wind would otherwise cost trading days, drive up maintenance and complicate crowd control.
The site is already strategically positioned: main-road access, an electrical supply already in place, a wastewater treatment plant for circular water, and one of the most photographed backdrops on Earth. The remaining work is design, capital, and execution - all three of which are underway.
The campus is engineered for triple appeal: elite competition (UCI, WSL, IFSC and Olympic-pathway certifications), broadcast media (in-venue studios and drone corridors), and community uplift (free youth academies and 20-year guaranteed access for local schools).

Project Motion intends to approach development finance bodies (IDC, DBSA, PIC), grant bodies (NLC, FIFA Forward, SRSA), sport federations (UCI, WSL, IFSC), and brands (Red Bull, Monster, Velosolutions, Wavegarden), together with prospective developers, contractors, suppliers and event promoters. These are desired parties only - none has been approached, none is a partner or sponsor, and no agreement, sanction or appointment is in place.
