The most ambitious sports campus Africa has seen.

Project Motion is a single-site action-sports campus near Table Mountain, Cape Town. Five Olympic-grade venues - surf, BMX, pump, skate, climb - sit alongside two media studios, a 500-seat pavilion, and FIFA-standard fields for football and rugby.

The site is already strategically positioned: main-road access, an electrical supply already in place, a wastewater treatment plant for circular water, and one of the most photographed backdrops on Earth. The remaining work is design, capital, and execution - all three of which are underway.

The campus is engineered for triple appeal: elite competition (UCI, WSL, IFSC and Olympic-pathway certifications), broadcast media (in-venue studios and drone corridors), and community uplift (free youth academies and 20-year guaranteed access for local schools).
