Project Motion seeks to initiate discussions with all prospective partners and partnerships, across both public and private entities. Every organisation named on this page is listed as a prospective partner only - no concrete discussions, agreements, commitments or developments are underway as yet.

A proposed SPV combining South Africa's top property developers, P3 specialists and community-focused builders - balancing financial firepower with social impact. The entities below are illustrative of the calibre of developer, contractor and P3 partner sought; none has been approached, appointed or mandated, and none has entered into any agreement. No construction, delivery or supply contract has been awarded.
